Default Can i Use an >>OLD<< celeron Heatsink on MX440?

Can i Use a celeron Heatsink on my geforce 4 mx440?
It sone of those old celerons, where there is no socket, but one pretty big slot.
I think bout 3times the size of an agp port. so the Heat sink is HUGE, with a fan eint he middle, and two radiator towers on the sides. I jsut bought it for 2 bucks cuz i liek it. the celeron is on my "display now". i was thinking of plugging it into my OLD pc, and burning it... never burned anythin before... definitly a must do.

But thats not the question here. Do u people think i can actually do this?
Cuz the whole thing, is pretty much the actual size of my mx440...yes, actual size, and about 3-4 cm thick too. I got room tho...only prob tho, would be mounting it. Plz find a pic of the mx440 and a pic of the OLD cpus....Im pretty sure its a celeron.
PLZ help

I pulled a 440 while ago and (yes)I have flashed a celeron heatsink assembly n2 recall and NOPE--your gonna end up mounting it only after u carvie sum of the Heatsink away 2 clearance 4 stuff on the MX440 ( look at it). Cuz ur mounting the sink 2 b flat 2 yur GPU rite? N caps n stuff r sticking up n the celeron is longer then yur gpu nstuff. Dremel mania

Might look cool though..

Definitelyoverkill cuz yur 440 isn't reel hot...
