Default This Doesn't Sound Right.

Ok. I turned my computer on this morning and I dunno what happend but i think a fan blew up. The sound lasted for like 20seconds then it stopped and the system is running fine. I don't know if i should be worried??

The fan just ran at full power for a few seconds it sounds like. I wouldn't be worried about it.

Just check the temps on your system loony. If you're not overheating then i wouldn't worry. Either the fan is dying, or it just spooled up full speed for one reason or another. The problem will make itself clear before long.

Ok thats good. I did check my temps and my CPU is at 37 celcius, Mobo at 19 celcius, power/aux 51 celcius and ACPI thermal zone is 40 celcius. They seem right dont they for my current rig??

My board spools the fans up to full blast before idling them down. It's completely normal.

Sounds like a damn lawnmower for a few seconds, lol.
