Either drop a divider on your ram, or loosen up your timings. It sounds like your memory controller is being stressed to much.

If you are certian the RAM is not the cause increase the northbridge/FSB volts 1 notch and test again.

Id start with voltages, cpu vcore for one since one core fails. It sounds to me again the on chi mem controller is failing. So try a notch or two on vcore, and also bump the nb, for although I think thta wont help (the increase in nb that is). Also whats youre htt link multi at?

So ht link is not a problem, go ahead and adjust voltages, for all though I believe a drop in divider may help. Hard saying not tweaking what you have. Its either one or the other, as previously stated by me it sound like the mem controller is being stressed with the cpu and ram overclock..

Going Broke Overclocking

The blend stresses both the CPU and RAM, so apparently your RAM needs some attention.
Questions... Have you tried increasing the vdimm and retest? Are you running a T2 Command? What is the Trc, Trfc and Async set at? For some a 2T seems to be far friendlier when OC compared to a 1T for some AM2 systems.
