nope... this time memtest failed in 25 mins.

Yep RMA, ocz is pretty easy to rma and should get it back in a week or so and back to oc'ing again.

hey, thanks for everyones help. i think i found the problem. my ram might have gotten loose due to heat which caused expanding and contraction. i simply just removed and put the ram back in.
