Should fit perfectly in your case, I gave my old ac 64 pro to a buddy with a compaq, and it fits fine in that case.

You should consider lapping also,mine dropped 8c after lapping my CPU and cooler.Mine won't go over 47c at 3Ghz.

I got it installed! Was a pain though, I had to mod my case a little to get it to fit. Its alot bigger than I expected.
