ahh, no the orange slots didn't solve the problem. i get random restarts but no BSOD. in the yellow slots i get BSODs.

el terrible!

can you RMA that ram? Most ram has lifetime support so I'd give that a try.

hopefully you will fix this problem... I got my mushkin ram and I happy... maybe give it a try while the OCZ is RMA? You might like it better... I know I liked it... lol what else should I try and sell

Krazieaznboi, I'm pretty sure this was asked already but have you tried testing with a different PSU? Did you by any chance test the rails on the power supply to make sure the rails are within specification?

yup, for the DFI NF4 boards, ram uses the 5v rail. and my 5v rail is rock solid.

hey, thanks for your help thlnk3r but i contacted OCZ and got everything sorted out. they told me to run the rams at 2.8v instead of 2.6v. when i bought these ram, the stock voltage was 2.6v and i have been running them for 6 months without any problems until now. they told me that the stock voltage was 2.8v but the specs on the package and CPUZ say the stock voltage is 2.6v.

anyways my system seems to be running stable right now.

Krazieaznboi, boy that is quite a bit of voltage. I'm assuming this memory has heatspreaders? Do you have sufficient airflow moving across the memory? I'm just worried that the high voltage will bring some heat

well, i have the antec 900 with the cable management mod so its got to have good airflow and yes the rams has heatspreads on them
