Emersonsc, I absolutely cannot think of one thing that needs to be changed. Your rig looks perfect in my opinion

Were you having troubles overclocking the 940?

Good luck

yeah. still am. 3.4 is it. I got 3.6 outta winxp32. My issues with going and staying 32bit is i want to be able to have more thant 3gb system mem, as my cards alone are 1gb, and running 2gb system ram isnt cutting it. Im affraid to get a new mobo especialy if it isnt the issue, but then again, i couldnt get much out of my 9850 either so it seems to push more twards the board. Though so many have this board and love it. I could go with the M4, but not enough review out there to support the move.

Your top mounted Rad issue sounds wierd, about 5 or so newegg reviewers explicitly said they didn't have a problem mounting a 2x120 inside. Maybe the 2 other screw holes were painted over?

Emersonsc, sorry I can't recall if this was mentioned already but did you try the different ganged/unganged settings with the memory? Have you tried overclocking with just one stick of memory?

Good luck

No, metal is too thin to just be painted over. I took the whole case apart, and all i had was two holes that didnt line up to the rad mounting holes anyway. Plus you'd have to remove the big 140 fans anyway. And just like with the front rad, why do what your supposed to when modding is way cooler? haha

Ive tried everything under the sun. The board has already been RMA'd once for a blown NB. After two chips (my 9850 and my new 940) that under perform, it has to be the board. Not to say this brand/model sucks, i just got a bad one.
