Currently running 1.42 V

I just have 2 fans at the side of the case. My back fan stopped working a few weeks ago. :/

Implode, is 1.42 volts at stock clocks? I'd advice installing at least one exhaust fan. You probably have some trapped air in your case that is killing your ambients. It's also important to have an intake fan as well. Are you running the stock thermal pad or have you applied different TIM (thermal interface material) on the base of the cooler?

Yeah, 1.42 volts is stock

Thermal pad is also stock

Implode, I'd really recommend replacing that failed exhaust fan and replacing it with a working one. If you can please also install an intake fan. What kind of case do you have? If you start upping the Vcore then you might want to also think about picking up an aftermarket cooler. A idle temp of 48C is a tad high.
