sorry, just need a bit of clarification. Is the winner chosen by who has the highest speed of ANYONE elses cpu? Or is it the highest taken into account the stock speed of the chip?
Like say schmoe 1 has a 3200+ stock 2.0ghz and oc's to 2.8ghz schome 2 has a 4000+ stock 2.4ghz and oc's to 3.1ghz schmoe 1 got a 800mhz bump and schmoe 2 got only 700mhz. Does schmoe 2 win because he started with a faster chip?
