Is it strange that some of the fields are blank in my Everest cache and memory benchmark results?

A whole lot of memory issues popping up, I'd at least say to run through memtest 86 for a while and see what pops up.

update bios, and make sure you have the latest drivers... Also, try and play a game with your rig, and see how it runs...

Where should I get the bios update from? The Asus update tool in my OS isn't working properly. I updated my drivers via the windows device manager, but I'm not sure if that is adequate.

Check your MB manual for directions on updating the BIOS from with in the BIOS, most current ASUS MBs have that ability. You'll need a USB drive for the utility to read the stored new BIOS file but sure the new file is the correct one for your MB.
