could be your mosfets overheating like crazy. I had that issue with an asus micro board with a 780G chipset.

ok first off, i have no idea what a mosfet is so ima google that but I have a Jetway 780G chipset which is really a renamed ASUS (correct me if im wrong). So how would i go about cooling my mosfets?
__________________EDIT: ok i found out that mosfets get the voltage to the CPU, No? I have a stock cooler for my CPU but I have a side case fan that I put in to cool that area. Im using a THermaltake Xaser so I have 7 fans running in my Case. I Cant see how anything would dare overheat

Metal Oxide Semi-conducting Field Effect Transistor Its the power regulation part of the board, which can be a problem... but really shouldnt be for your setup. 780G boards run hot, I've seen them hit 85c for the chipset temps, so the 52c isn't anything to worry about in my opinion. That screeny of your errors... that would tell you that something is seriously wrong... you shouldnt have that many serious errors that close together. I dont know what all of them are, but I know that something is wrong there, and I would start looking at the details in them, and googling them to see if you cant start tracking things down. Good luck

See the 6 black chips under the 4 pin connector for the power supply? those are the mosfets and thats what regulates voltages for your processor(quick definition as its a long drawn out process, in fact an entire week of school went over mosfets lol).
But those now are being taxed more and more with newer processors.

please read my edit from the last post.

also looking at your log it appears something software wise is constantly getting errors with an attempt for HTTP access. possible malware that isnt being picked up by your scanners. download a live linux disk and run that for a while and see if the problem persists to eliminate the possibility of hardware defect.

read your edit, airflow isnt going to help entirely with mosfets. think of it as blowing a fan over your stove coils on medium. you can have the best airflow in the world but as long as enough juice is being fed to that coil to be set to medium its never going to actually cool off. you would need something bigger to absorb heat to dissipate the heat. try a linux disk or a bartPE disk to eliminate hardware defects first.
