well it's just the same as overclocking the old phenom processor. it pretty much will. that's why i kinda wonder why would some reviews use an nvidia chipset to overclock phenoms. are they like being biased or something?

It does not.

ACC counteracted a problem the Phenom Is had.

The new Phenom IIs have been "fixed".

thanks for the reply guys hope to hear more..in my case i set it disabled coz my mobo's gone haywire when its auto or enabled..so it leaves me wondering if i will be able to OC well with Phenom2 even if its disabled..

yep, the PhII have ACC built into them, so you shouldn't enable ACC in the bios. it mostly causes the system to fail to post from what I've seen.
