No. The bios has been locked from Overclocking features.

No, unless you can magically find a program to overclock from the OS, which I wouldnt recommend...

You could probably overclock your video card a bit (seeing as you asked if any of your hardware was overclockable). I agree that you won't be able to OC your processor, but I've heard of people flashing their BIOS and being able to overclock (non-HP BIOS). Good luck
