Either Intel or AMD is fine. If 9800GTX+ is the way to go then you don't need a 750w psu. 9800GTX+ is a 160w GPU so a solid psu that can do 330w for dual-core or 430w for quad-core on 12v should be fine.

instead of the 9800gtx go with the 9800gtx+ or even better the ati 4850 1gig version.

dont touch that xfx mobo with a 10ft pole. ive said it in quite a few threads here that board is junk. mine blew on me twice. go with an amd chipset even if crossfire isnt in your future.

Ah I see, I have heard of problems with this board, there is alot of twisting with this build, so I have to find a diffrent AMD board, AMD board I should get in this case?

that would depend on your budget and what you plan on doing with it. (ie : huge overclocking, stock, or mild OC and if crossfire is in the future). but a 790GX board works quite well and are cheap. apparently the biostart 790GX boards perform as well as the board in my sig but a whole lot cheaper.
