is there a program that can make your os 32 to 64bit?

You can. I put my HDD from a NF4 build, to this one, and it worked

I'm not quite sure about the legality of this...technically you have a serial, but your EULA with microsoft was to use the OS on the system with which it came. furthermore, I can't imagine any computer store would package vista with the system in your sig.

Lastly, and I think most (or second most, pending the legality) importantly, you run the risk of bad files thrown in with the iso you download.
