That said, nice job on getting such a big card in the budget and I think that with a little case & PSU juggling, you've got a winner.

In the end, the 430W well built PSU. Can and does have enough power to run an Overclocked system with an 4890 and E5200 overclocked. EDIT: From the pictures you can see the PSU being this one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371023

If you happen to know more specifics about the PSU(s) Antec includes in this combo box, I'd love to get my hands on it. Do you also know (because I can't find it listed either) what kind of amperage the 4890 likes? You mentioned you expect it to draw 10amps, but again do you have any specs to back that up? If I assume that they use this PSU (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371023), then I also assume that they did not intend for this PSU to be used with video cards that require 2x6pin connectors. If it was my computer, I'd make a different choice, because (and nothing personal) I'd rather go by the manufacturer guidelines than a guy on a forum basically saying, "trust me".

120W for the 4890 @ Full Load.
Physics 101: P=IV P: Power also known as Watts I: Current also known as Amps V: Voltage 120W/12V=10A You got that? Also on the Power Supply quality, its Freaking Antec. Their products have been reviewed many times leading to the same conclusion. You get the best bang for your buck. With top notch quality. The PSU in the combo has been mentioned in my previous post. It can provide at maximum 360W to the 12V line. Which translate into 30A. Plenty for the 4890 and the E5200. So what if they didn't include the "Required" 6-pin Connections. Ever wonder why Graphics cards manufacturer include in the box, 2x4-Pin -> 1x6-Pin GPU Adapters? Proven by the math that a 430W with the proven quality can supply the power to the 4890. Also did you even read the article that I posted? I shows you the individual Amperage needed by every Volt line on the PSU.

That's a great explanation, thanks. Why do you think the manufacturers 'require' higher specs than what you recommend?

Well, I have I have heard that when they say 500W, they usually do some torture tests. Like running it with an i7, 6 HDD, 5 DVD Drives, all Ram slots filled in, etc... But that's what I heard. I'm not certain on this one.
