Crap or not, the Phenoms did not suck as hard as the Pentium 4's did.
Seriously, a 3ghz P4 can be beaten in most benchmarks by an Athlon 64 clocked almost 1ghz slower.

It's B2, no doubt.
All the Phenoms ending in "00" (eg. 9500, 9600) are B2. All the ones ending in "50" (eg. 9550, 9650) are B3.
