__________________If you are not going to oc the processor, the Athlon will serve you well, for a gpu i suggest the Sapphire 4850 vapor x, near silent and it looks cool as well.

I don't like ASRock, but that's just me. Foxconn has a similar board...

Everything else looks fine, except the motherboard. I'm not a big fan of ASRock, I would highly consider this board if I were you:

i am not comfortable with recommending a recertified PSU...
