Make sure all power cables are on. I only put one of them and only the fans were spinning. When I noticed that I forgot one of them at first I was like-_-. Then I put it in and it booted. lol

The best thing to do to narrow the problem down is build the system OUTSIDE of the case.
Use a small box like a motherboard box and put motherboard on it. Just connect PSU, Processor and Ram. See if you get a post. if not you kn 1 of 3 things are bad... PSU, Processor, ram or mobo. No post grab a spare PSU from someone even if it low wattage and see if it posts. If not the PSU is not the problem. Move to Ram. Use 1 stick then try your second stick. No post 2 things left. Mobo or processor. CPU's hardly go bad but I would not rule it out. If you do get a post, add the hardware 1 by 1 and power up on each addition. This will do 2 things, find out if you had a grounding issue or it will tell which piece of hardware may be faulty(or bad cable). When doing each step make sure power connectors are properly attached. You can see them much better out of case. If everything is OK, then put it all back slowly and patiently and she will work. watch for any bare wires cause it was most likely a grounding issue.

TBH, I'm thinking its a powersupply issue. Enermax isn't that strong of a brand...
However, for the sake of certainty, can you tell us all that you've tried so far, that will help us narrow it down.

the beep is an acknowledgment of gpu functionality no?
Not hearing the beep would lead me to believe it's a gpu/monitor/video cable problem. normally, if I don't hear the startup beep, it's always something wrong with the video card or I forgot to plug in the monitor.
