Default Is my RAM hampering my OC?
My ram is supposed to be DDR2 1000MHz. Other people with my board and processor are reaching 3.6-3.8GHz. I can only get to 3.4 stable. Anything remotely higher BSOD's after 5 minutes of prime.

Well to make sure the memory is not the issue you could always clock it down. What is your current memory speed?

Ok and at what voltage and timings? Do you have a link to the exact set?

Another way to rule out the memory when testing a higher overclock would be running memtest+:
