That is the prob I cant....I can go up to 1.9 volt but cpu-z and core temp cant see it that hi.....and it doesn't matter how hi I put the voltage it want stay stable that is why I think it is my psu being at 100% duty but I don't know how to check that..

Dixon, You are speculating. You haven't hit 4Ghz stable and there is no reason to use the jumper for more voltage. Here are recommended settings I used with the same motherboard: CPU 1.55-1.6V Multi 19.5 X HTT 203 giving 3.958Ghz CPU/NB: 1.25-1.35V NB auto SB auto ACC auto Cool n quiet disabled Channel interleave enabled Clock Ram at 800-1100Mhz or so to start at stock voltage. If over 1066 bump ram 1 or 2 clicks. Ram can be adjusted later. Get stable mid 3.9's before trying closer to 4Ghz. Anything over 1.6V will really be overvolting at this point. There is a wall with each 955 and 965 even with good cooling.

NO GO....even if I put the vcore to 1.7 volts.....my psu is 600 watt is that to small for this application

lol Yes I do ....but I just wanted to see if it would boot in to windows at that voltage and it did not....I would never try to run prime at that voltage...I can run stable with prime95 for 3 hours at 1.545 vcore and 3.9 ith ghz...but any higher it cant boot in to windows... I think it is my psu
