Build in the sig obviously. Anyways, my computer is still a rather new build, overclocked it to 3.7 ghz about a month ago and it was very stable...past few days it's been getting horrid and keeps freezing...it's like my explorer isn't working. I can move my mouse and not click anything on my desktop.

Nope. I figured I was safe not doing that because I manually changed it back to what it was at stock...I thought at first it was the ram but it ran memtest for 6+ hours with 0 errors...completely lost

reset the BIOS and see how that goes.
have you had any problem with whirring noises on your HD? Do you have any HD imaging software running? This may also be useful... http://www.repairyourpcnow.com/resou...responding.php

At first i would have said a bad overclock ( still can be ) but could be a boogard driver. If it were me I would try the easiest thing first like jimibgood stated system restore.
