nothing set in stone for how hi each chip is diff...first thing is drop ur memory one divider, then u wanna change the base clock speed by 5-10 mhz at a time, boot into windows, if all goes well reboot and raise a lil more and reboot again to check stability. when u can no longer boot into windows is when u wanna raise the vcore, voltage, lil by lil. depending what heatsink i wouldnt rec over 1.5, and keep ur eyes on temps.

Welcome to OCN, this place is great.

You said one thing that has me a little confused. You said that your FSB is 2x804MHz. Thats all well and good... but those settings are simply not possible for your CPU to be running at.

Your CPU if it is running at stock speed, is using a 200MHz reference clock (what is used instead of the "FSB", since you're CPU doesn't really have one of those) and a CPU multiplier of 10 (10x200=2000MHz [2GHz]).

I would read through that guide, and see if that helps you clear things up a bit, then we'll be more than glad to help you out more.

Just remember to take it slowly, and do your overclocking a little bit at a time, and you should be good to go.

Good luck
