Hey guys.
Recently finished building a computer and it was working, I decided to swap some parts around so I switched the motherboard and CPU with another one. Problem is, now it keeps BSODing whilst loading Vista X64. I have tested both sticks of ram they are fine and everything seems to be connected properly. I'm thinking of re installing Vista. Any ideas? Thanks guys REP+ to those who help =]

Did you reinstall Vista after the hardware swap. If you have not then you will almost always need to. The OS install is setup for for each MB and may not boot after you change out a MB.
Also check and make sure your RAM is at it's rated voltage. The JDEC default is not always gonna be enough depending on the RAM.

So you had a PC and installed the OS, then you swapped out the hardware, and it still worked fine. Then swapped back to the old hardware and now it does not boot. I thin I lost you somewhere pal.

Ok so it is what I thought then. Try and reinstall the OS and it should be fine. At least as far as I would guess. Also if the install gives you issues then check your RAM voltage as I suggested before. You would be surprised how RAM voltage can effect stability.
When you installed the first time the OS configured to your MB's components, SB, NB, etc. Now you are trying to run the same configurations on a different MB. At least that is what I gather from this. Sometime you can get away with it and not reinstall, sometime not.
