If you are going to spend that much of money, I would say wait untill the C0 steppings comes out. But when the C0's come out they will be around, even may be more than current I7s or I5s. So you might wanna just watch the deals and get something fits best to your budget.

These steppings are really not proven. All the hype needs to be tested. Op will be happy with C2 stepping.

OP, you'd definitely be better off getting an i5 if that's your budget. In other words, it doesn't appear you're going Crossfire based on your motherboard choice, so there's no strong reason to go AMD when Intel's P55 motherboards in that price range are superior and really only lacking if you want x16 x16 Crossfire.
Not only that, but in terms of the processor alone, the i5 is definitely a good bit faster than a Phenom II, and it has a lot more overclocking potential; likely more than a Phenom II will ever have, even the C0 steppings. And it requires much less voltage to OC, hence more longevity. Edit: Also, some G.Skill Ripjaws instead of any of those. Corsair is by far the best out of those choices, but that's not saying much. But most importantly, i5's should only be used in conjunction with <1.65v DDR3.

I would look for some GSkill or OCZ memory instead. Everything else looks good, and you cant beat the $/perf ratio of that CPU!
