First you should go into the User CP and fill out your system specs, that way people will know what kind of system you have including your motherboard ect. Also, this shouldn't be posted here.
Take a look here, read some of the stickies and overclocking guides and post your own thread if you still are stuck and don't understand. Also, welcome to OCN!!

Well is it a prebuilt PC or did you or someone else custom build it?
If its prebuilt theres most likely no way of doing it through the BIOS, but I think you may be able to use a program like AOD or setFSB. If its custom then you can do it in the BIOS. (Highly Recommended) Let me know which one it is so I can help you further. You should fill out your system specs as well to help others help you. User CP (at top) > Edit System >Fill out your rig's info.

I've changed the FSB to 267 first of all. And it appeared to be 1,7 Ghz. Then i changed to 282 and it became 1,11 Ghz. And i've increased cpu voltage by 0,025v . Thats all i've done. Anyway the pc runs smoothly, i just want to get 2,60Ghz instead of 1,11

Cool and Quiet is disabled all the time. Can anyone just tell me how to do that without posting any links to guides. step-by-step. What to increase what to decrease and stuff.
