I just want to make sure I'm doing this right. Increase CPU Multi then stress. If not stable, add voltage and stress again. then repeat? Do I need to do anything to any other setting? NB and stuff. I'm gonna update this thread with specific items if you people don't mind telling me what they do. Thanks a bunch!

well you're processor is a black edition which means an unlocked multiplier, so for the best results move up the multiplier till its unstable AND then drop the multiplier one notch and try and move up the HT ref. Clock until its unstable and use the highest stable frequency but keep and eye on your RAM and NB Speeds when you are increasing the HT clock.
Then increase voltage, rinse, repeat. You should know with your processor unlocked you probably won't be able to OC higher than you could with just the 2 cores enabled. You should still be able to overclock just not as high as you would without the cores locked. But if I were you I wouldn't care, I would rather have the 4 cores than the ocing potential.
