Ok well im looking at upgrading, Would these choices be good for upgrading my current build

I plan to overclock my CPU as soon as parts arrive, This is my first build and attempt to OC just making sure im getting parts that wont die on me sooner rather than later.

Is there a reason you're going to use an SLI chipset? They're really not as good as the AMD chipsets and unless you're planning on using SLI stay away from it.

I suggest this instead

Thanks for the advice. I also plan on getting another HD 4850 512mb DDR3 come christmas. This going to work on that MOBO.

yes it will, you'll love running crossfire 4850's I know I do.

sweet, Im getting the MOBO, Case, Cooling mainly to get ready to stick another massive video card in there. How hard is the process of getting crossfire stable? Is overclocking more difficult due to this?

Stable...yeah I plugged in the card. Hooked up a crossfire bridge and bam, it worked. CrossfireX was enabled right out of the box. And no crossfire overclocking is super easy.

I was looking into it and i am not gonna be able to unlock the 3rd and 4th core with my current MOBO choice. Is this a good substitute.
