Change the cards. Get some Radeons that start with 5xxx.

Switch the HDD's to 2 WD black 640gb 640AALS's(or an SSD[ocz, intel]), change the GPU to 5770, 4870, 4890. Switch PSu to an 650tx, 650hx, 750tx, etc. (850 is a bit overkill unless you are going multi cards), CPU cooler to an Thermalright ultra 120 xtreme, or Scythe Mugen 2, megahalems, etc. Mobo and ram are nice picks.

Coolermaster V8 blows. Swap it out for a Prolimatech Megahalem or Megashadow.

PSU - A Corsair 750HX would provide more than enough power and its modular so you can make your build tidier.

GPU - You'd be better off with a pair of 5770's or a single 5850. Single 5770 now and add a second later if you're on some kind of budget.

HDD - Forget about the Velociraptors. They are over rated. Pair of regular HDD's (WD black or Samsung F3) in RAID 0, or an SSD.

Get aPQI SSD instead of that raptor and maybe a 5770 if you can afford an extra $50 or so

i just got me one of these; working good, enough power, and modular!
NERMAX EIN720AWT EIN720AWT 720W SLI Active PFC Modular Power Supply $130-60MIR=$70AR
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/Produc...dlist=celebros

it also runs all things that use molex for another 15seconds or so; supposedly for case fans only!
