Default AMD Graphics Design Build?

What is the best I can do for a $400 to $600 AMD graphic design build? I'd like to use a 955 or 965 for the processor unless there's a better one. Everything else just needs to fit within that price range.

I guess a burner could be good. I'm not sure. It's for someone who's going to be using it in college. So if you use them in graphic design classes then yes. If not, no unless it fits the budget. Keep in mind that anything un-neccesary can be added later on. Just want whats needed that way he can get a little more out of his money.

Use a burner, It is a good way to get a 4gb project somewhere via sneaker net. (When you don't expect to get the medium back)

True.

So, any suggestions on what all to use? Hardware wise?

955/965 are a bit expensive for a $500 budget. I would suggest an Athlon II 620, full quad on the cheap. Are you going to game on it, or no gaming at all?
