Default Athlon X4 620 budget build

Hi all..
I am building my first PC ever and need last confirmation, that it's good for me. I study computer sciences - so coding, internet and movies. My only OS is linux so please consider this too(NVIDIA cards). I also don't play games - video card will be used mainly for HD playback and Desktop effects.
So far I have this (with some other help):

AMD Athlon X4 620
Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P
Kingston HyperX 2GB 1600Mhz 9-9-9-27
GeForce 9500GT 512MB
Cooler Master Hyper 212+
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB
Seasonic Energy Knight SS-500ET 500W

Are there any major flaws?

I'm from Czech Republic - I will be buing everything in local computer store.

If you possibly can I suggest bumping to a 9600GSO or 9600GT. That said I don't know how limited or not your selection will be going to a local store in your area. How much Euros will this cost you and what is your budget?

Great build!

If you're only using your card for HD playback and desktop affects, you can lower your graphics card but that's up to you.

My budget is around 10,000 CZK. Google says it's 575 USD or 385 Euros.
I really only want the video card to play HD videos without any problems, is 9500GT enough?

A 9500GT is fine for HD videos, I think. Go for it

Yes. My dad's 7300GT can play HD videos without breaking a sweat... why would a 9500GT experience trouble?

If you want to save a few bucks, go with a 9400gt. It should be plenty of power for what you want to do.

Thank you all.. Sadly 9500GT is the only low cost video card that is cooled passively. They have 8400GS, but it has this small fan on it and I am afraid that it could be really noisy.
