Default Burn In Memory

To aid in the overclock of my memory in the other post here, I feel it may be necessary to "burn in" my memory for an increase in mhz.

I have had this memory for a while, but I don't think I've had the opportunity to fully utilize it's potential, hence I haven't stressed my memory enough to burn it in.

Now, what is the proper order to burn it in. Or, if there is no PROPER order, how about you guys give me your best method of doing it.

Should I have my DRAM Voltage high or should I underclock it? What programs should I use? What test on memtest should I loop if that is the program of choice? About how long should I perform these actions.

Great. Thanks.

I really wouldnt bother burning in the RAM mate if the truth be told. Memtest only tests for bad modules if you where going to burn it in you would get such software as Sisoft sandra.

I understand..

Maybe I just run the memory benchmark on Sandra for a whole damn day and see where that gets me. I see no harm.

I'll call it extended memory benchmark / stabilty testing.

Sounds like a good plan.
