Default new ram is in!

well i just recived my bad boys and my system is running fine, testing temps at idle right now. got some questions about ram, the timings are at 2.5-3-3-8, is that sufficient enough to oc my system? or should i try to squeeze some more juice out of them? i have yet to play any games yet or go under full load and its running idle at 39c.

Those are the timings for DDR500, so they should be fine up until 250FSB.
