There are both TRWT and TWRT in some BIOS options, you may not have the both available.

You do have a divider unless you can not sellect the DDR333, DDR266 or DDR200 settings, those are the "basic" deviders. Some other MB BIOS have other variables between the "basics" available.

BTW, a divider is just that, its not just a reduction in the base default speed. Take the DDR333 vs the DDR400, it's not only reduced by 83% but in general the RAM only increases about 83% of every one MHz you increase the CPU speed. It varys dependant on the CPU multiplyer.

Current CPU-Z RAM is @ 112! WAY to much divider!!!

ok, I'll try upping it, but if I have my divider @ too much, should I be able to up my CPU FSB?

Dividers can be tricky, some RAM don't like being excessively underclocked.
Try DDR333 at first ... if you can up the RAM voltage and some timing tweaks to get to near 250 on the RAM and stable, that should allow you to up the CPU to 300MHz.
The best way to find all the components max stable OC...
How do I find the Limits of my CPU, Memory and Motherboard

That CPU/14 you had on the Corsair should work fine on the new RAM. However you may want to try 2.8v w/ 3-3-3-8, 3-4-3-8, 3-4-4-8 or even a 10 or 12 in the fourth value

Tried, couldn't get anywhere, put my corsair back in, back to a FSB of 312 and 2.8Ghz on my cpu, so I'm going to sell the vitesta ram and get more corsair.

I just sold the Vitesta ram on ebay, o i'm wondering whether to buy 2 more 512mb sticks of the same corsair? or i see 2X1gig of some samsung that is cheaper? I'm a little cautious about buying different ram cause i might run into the same problem.
