BH-5 will give you tighter timings that TCCD, but you won't get more than about 270-280MHz with those tight timings, and you will need a good overclocking motherboard that can give them enough volts to reach those high overclocks, that, or a DDR booster to get the voltage up. With the TCCD you can reach higher overclocks with still tight timings, just not quite are tight as BH-5, but you have the potential of getting up to and over 300MHz, and you will only need up to about 2.8v, which most motherboards can give you. So it depends on what you are looking for, and what your components can do...

Ballistix are made by Crucial, and if you have a pair reaching 300MHz they are most likely a good pair of Micron based sticks... either -5B D or -5B G. My guess is the -5B G ICs.
