Go with the gskills. I have the 4gbPQ series. My sticks are running at 473.6mhz @ 5.5.4.14 timings. I have had them as low as 5.5.3.12, but got instability... not sure if it was cpu or ram, but I loosened both and instability went away. Running at stock 2.0v

FOR THE RECORD, MY TRC is set to 25 NOT 45 like quoted from above, and im JUST short of the rated speed, and at pro-par timings, so I think its pretty much false.

Replaced my crappy crucials with these g.skills and my cpu OC top-end went up 200mhz, and my ram now runs at almost 1ghz versus the ballistix at 850. What a joke. GSKILL RULEZ!!!

I've had the G.Skills in for almost a week now and no more issues. I've left my PC running almost the entire time, and those stix are hella-stable. I'm gonna wait for a bit to OC them though. It'z nice to have my PC back up and running though. Next project? Get 8GB.

I wouldn't go to DDR3 until AMD comes out with boards supporting it. That's the problem with Intel, they release and don't do much research. AMD does most of the research and Intel gets the credit. But, that's my opinion.

At least I know that when AMD comes out with DDR3 boards, they've been tested and don't/shouldn't have too many issues.
