Newegg is offering 1066mhz DDR2 memory (4GB - 2 DIMMs) for $139, is it truly worth the extra cash?

yes.. it has a $40 rebate and it has a "$20" fan haha... I just bought a 2gb 1066 kit for $50 after MIR

Its not a bad deal, considering the package it comes with and with added $40 mir which drops the price just below $100
