Default help me buy ram

my new system

***MOBO
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131318

***CPU
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103249

***GPU
ATI-4850

at the moment im not sure how much ram i need. the ill have vista, the most ram intensive thing i do is play games. the mobo ddr standard is 1066 but im an avid OCer so i figured i'd bump it up a little. for what i use it for, what would be more important for my uses, 2GB @ DDR 1200 or 4GB @ 1066?

and im also aware of the 32 vs 64bit issue with ram size

2x1G does games well. If you do go 64 bit the DDR2 2x2g modules are still inexpensive so that would be a consideration.

Many members recommend these DDR2 1066 for 2x2G modules, and for $90, not to shabby.

as it is now, i found a great uATX mobo ASUS http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131318
it supports AM2+, 140w for the cpu, its even got esata but i think im going to wait just a little longer and hopefully someone throws some DDR3 support on a uATX. i really need to be responsible and save some case for a deposit on a house. thanks for the help so far.

for the sake of argument, how much ram do current games take up? what are you guys seeing?
