Well it wasn't easy getting my CPU to 3.0 with stock cooler, and i had to raise the memory voltage way up there, is 2.3v ok to run all the time? Or should i work on lowering it or lowering my overclock?
Also how much more voltage can the NB take safely? (Above the stock, mobo doesnt say stock it just says +<value here>)

Don't Fail Too Hard..

What is the stock voltage on the memory?
With 2.3v, I would make sure you have a fan cooling it or something.

It's fine...I run some of mine at 2.4V.

Yeah it took me 15 minutes when i saw the first RAM heatsink and thought "this is a load of crap" to find an article analyzing the heat output. Surely enough RAM has absolutely no need for cooling.
