i wonder if this is a good or bad result ?

frequency 113.5mhz
fsb:dram cpu/20.0
cas latency 2.5 clocks
ras# to cas# delay 3 clocks
ras# precharge 3 clocks
cycletime tras 6 clocks
bank cycle trc 8 clocks
dram idle timer 16 clock

what speed RAM do you have?? And can you give a screen shot of the memory tab? I was wondering about the Ratio, it doesn't look right.
