Ive gotten vista 64 basic down to 600-700mb before. That's with a lot of windows junk turned off.

get the direct URL of the picture , and click the yellow mountain with the Square moon or sun lol

and copy paste the URL in there.

Da5id, did you also disable "superfetch"? Would it be possible for you to provide a list of all the different services/applications that you turned off or uninstalled?

Technoredneck95, there is quite a few tweaking guides out there for Vista. I found this one. Perhaps that may be of some use.
