Default Need new RAM but which one?

Well I'm looking to buy a new RAM. Price not over $30, just to replace the old one. Using it only for gaming right now.

Um, I'm not sure where you see that. In the customer reviews people said they had issues with it on AM2's. (sorry, I don't really know anything about AMD\ATI)

But if you do go 800mhz, I'd suggest you go with the 1x 2GB Gskill stick that Jason posted above. Just be forewarned Gskill doesn't OC much, but it is good and stable RAM. So if OC'ing isn't an issue to you, then go for that.

Only AM2+ supports 1066, the OP is correct about his board

He won't need to OC, besides, G.Skill has great binned chips that will run tight timings. And AMD platforms just so happen to respond better performance wise to tighter timings as opposed to a fast memory clock!

If you can spring for these, you will have tight timings on a budget! ($30.99)
