That's the RAM I intend on getting when I go 64-bit. I have the 2x1gb G.Skill right now. I actually just sent them in for RMA as one module crapped out on me and was the case for all my double booting issues since I've had my 940.

I have a set of the G.Skill 1066mhz ram, the 4GB kit. They run great tho.
Have them overclocked to 1104mhz stable

yep, those are pretty good especially for the price. You should be able to hit almost 900 at spec, or just clock them down. Just gonna take some time and patience to fine tune and figure out what timings will work. Let me know if you get stuck, I should be able to help you out and push a little further.
