Have to go to your BIOS and change your memory frequency to either 400 or 533 (for DDR2 800 or 1066, respectively).

thanks yeah the bios is set to 1066 533mhz but yet wont show that change >.< and i set the voltage to 2.10 then 2.15 and 2.20 but made no difference ( for ram )
