What is your system? I hope you have BIOS options to set what you changed and manually set. If I read correct you need to get system up and running so you can run spd tool and edit back? If so in BIOS manually set to safe speeds and timings.
__________________If you don't have BIOS options and why you used in the first place you got issues. Reason why I have not used that. If I set to unstable how do I revert if I can't boot? Only thing I can think of if no BIOS memory options if safe mode is of no help. It would work on my notebook as I only have two slots. How you would make work with 4 slots and how many are filled. Well that is up to you. I would put a SO-DIMM that I had not modified in one slot then put a modified in the other slot. That would force the modified to run at speed clocks and timings that are stable. Then I would edit modified back to stock. You really should of seeing this coming and a very real danger of that tool. I have had it for 6 months and never used because of exactly what happened to you.

Try what I said put in a different speed/timing to force the messed up one to run at a workable setting.
