Default Which ddr3 ram, ocz or corsair?

Hi one of my friends is selling these 2 ddr3 kits and I'm not sure which to get any idea which overclock better or gives less issues in general Thx for the help!

Corsair XMS3 TR3X6G1600C9 PC3-12800 DDR3-1600 2x2Gb (4Gb) (incomplete set but it should work fine right?)

The OCZ is great, I have it. It looks pretty and overclocks very well. I'd say OCZ just because I own it and know for sure that it's great. But I'm sure you won't go wrong with the corsair either, they make very high quality products.

You didnt have any issues with your OCZ at stock clocks? Iv read a bunch of reviews on it in the 1600 speed and a lot of people say it runs sketchy untill you downclock it to 1333. But of course thats the platinum.. not the gold.

Just wondering the difference between the 4bg xm3 corsairs and the 6gxms3 corsairs besides the different heat spreaders do they have the same IC? Btw how long does it take for ddr3 ram to drop to the prices of ddr2 now days?

The 6G or 3x module kits are generally made for Intel systems.

Unsure as at one time the timings were optimized for Intel systems and wern't always frioendly ion AMD systems, not sure if that's the case with the DDR3 RAM though.
