Is this the correct way to tell? So my memory is running at 381.9Mhz by overclocking my CPU? Can someone help?

I was under the assumption you had 667MHz ram and just had it overclocked.

Nah, I had 800Mhz ram. I thought about upgrading to a Phenom 2 550BE and was also wondering if it could be overclock to 1066mhz rather than going out and buy new memory.
