Default Which Memory to choose ?

I received my mobo and cpu yesterday and the only thing I need in my build is memory.

After search for a while, two choices come into my mind:

http://www.frys.com/product/5698491#detailed

http://www.frys.com/product/5895573?...H:MAIN_RSLT_PG

they are in the same price and do rebate with corsair sounds a little tough due to the reviews on newegg. My point is, is that 20 MIR worth it?

The specs of my build:
Sempron 140 (Will try to make unlock happen, will upgrade it soon)
giga 785g us2h
1T samsung spinpoint F3
sapphire 4850
350w psu
old style no name case -_-

I NEVER account for rebates when buying something. Most of the time its a big hassle to get the rebates. I would go with what Extreme_Kid suggested.
