2.1-2.3v on memery spec. Timing 5-5-5-5-18. The only voltage change in the bios is cpu(3.5ghz at 1.4v stable) and memory(2.1v). I'm going the changing memory voltage.

Try putting the memory up to 2.2 or 2.3v, and if that doesn't work out 100% then I would try to raise the tFRD to 32 if you can.

Just tried 2.2v and lock up. I'm trying 2.3v. If it is stable running eveyday thing I'm going to run a stress test later today.

I have a stable spot , but cpu will error (difference one every time) when running prime95.

Have you tried any other tests? OCCT? Everest?
