2GB Cas 5 1200.
Depending on the CPU (going by your sig rig) you can set the divider to DDR2 1066, and then you only need 225 HT clock to get to 1200mhz.

Ok. One question it is stable in XP at that speed with cpu oc ,but not in Vista at that speed with cpu oc. I have OCZ Flex XLC and the timing is set right. CPU at 3.5 ghz. Stable at memory 1066 and oc cpu in Vista. Any thoughs?

It's probably just because you're on Vista.
Vista has been known to not handle overclocks as well, that is why most "professional overclockers" use Windows XP to bench and validate on. I could do 3.5ghz/2600mhz NB/1200mhz RAM in Windows XP, but Vista I have to go down to 2550mhz NB, 1174mhz RAM, 3.4ghz CPU with higher voltage on my 7750 Black Edition.

No problem man.
Though, a quick suggestion, if your board allows try raising the CPU-NB voltage to 1.35-1.4v and see if that stabilizes you. It's the voltage for your memory controller, and Vista requires that extra Voltage.

CPU-NB voltage to 1.4v works. When I exit the game the system is not going into the BSOD. Thanx Tator Tot.

What other voltages do you have set?
What timings are you using? And what specific sticks do you have?
